When do sessions run?

Morning sprints run Mon–Thu at 8:00 AM EST. Virtual community nights are bi-weekly on Wednesdays. All sessions are recorded if you can't make it live.

What's the time commitment?

2–3 hours per day. 90 minutes of structured co-working plus your own deep work. Weekends are optional and encouraged to be restful.

Do I need to be in Jamaica?

No. This is a digital program. You can join from anywhere. The Jamaican soul comes through in the rhythm, the coffee, the community energy — not the location.
